Trophies and Medals for Golf Tournaments: A Complete Guide for Organizers

Golf is one of the most popular sports in Quebec, and each season brings its share of corporate, charity, and amateur tournaments. Whether you're organizing an annual classic or a first-time event, the award presentation is a highlight your participants will remember for a long time. Choosing the right trophies and medals makes all the difference. For a golf tournament, several categories deserve their own prize. The overall champion obviously deserves an impressive trophy, but don't forget special awards like best net score, longest drive, closest to the pin, and of course, the coveted hole-in-one. These secondary recognitions keep enthusiasm high among all participants, regardless of their skill level. For grand prizes, crystal or optical glass trophies offer unmatched prestige and perfectly match golf's refined image. Resin trophies with golfer figurines remain a beloved classic. For special prizes or tournaments with tighter budgets, engraved medals are an excellent solution: they're lightweight, easy to customize, and affordable even in large quantities. Personalization is key to giving your awards real value. Your tournament or club logo, the event date, the winner's name, and the category won transform a simple trophy into an irreplaceable keepsake. At Mr Trophée, laser engraving and colour printing faithfully reproduce your branding on all types of materials. Also consider collective leaderboard plaques or champions' panels to display in the clubhouse. These commemorative pieces reinforce the tradition of your event year after year and create a strong sense of belonging among your members.
