Who we are

Your information protected end to end

From your first visit on mrtrophee.ca to the delivery of your order, your personal information is protected at every step — that is our commitment:

• Encrypted connection at all times (HTTPS) between your browser and our site — nothing travels in plain text
• Hashed passwords: even our team cannot read them
• Payments fully processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified): your card numbers never touch our servers
• Data access strictly limited to the production team preparing your order
• Your files (logos, images) and engraving texts are used only to produce your items — never shared, never reused
• Your personal information is never sold or rented — ever

Information we collect

We only collect what is needed to fulfil your order:

• Account details: name, email, mailing address, phone number
• Order details: selected products, inscriptions to engrave or print, uploaded files (logos, images)
• Technical data: session cookies essential to the cart and account features

How we use it

• Producing and delivering your custom orders
• Sending order-related emails (confirmation, production updates, invoice)
• Sending our newsletter, only if you opted in (one-click unsubscribe)
• Producing a monthly site visibility report from Google Search Console, in read-only mode — these statistics are anonymous and contain no customer data

Cookies and local storage

This site uses very few cookies, and none for advertising or third-party tracking:

• Essential cookies (sign-in and cart): required for the site to work — they serve no other purpose and are never shared
• Browser preferences: chosen language, current cart, your newsletter subscription (so the welcome message is not shown again)
• Shop searches: your latest searches and visited categories stay in ONE cookie in your browser (180 days) to suggest better results when you return — this cookie is never read by our server nor shared, and the "Clear" link in the suggestions block deletes it anytime
• Audience measurement: an anonymous, random identifier tells us which pages are visited (automatically erased 10 minutes after your visit, with no name or email)
• Payment: the checkout page is hosted by Stripe — any Stripe cookies stay on Stripe's domain, never on mrtrophee.ca
• No advertising cookies (Meta, Google Ads) are used. Should that ever change, your consent will be requested first, in compliance with Law 25

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified provider. We never see or store your credit card numbers on our servers.

Sharing with third parties

Your personal information is never sold or rented. It is shared only with providers essential to the service: Stripe (secure payment), Resend (transactional emails), Google (display of public reviews and search statistics) and our cloud hosting provider.

Retention

We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services and meet our accounting and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time at info@trophee.ca.

Your rights (Quebec Law 25)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request its correction or deletion
• Withdraw your newsletter consent at any time
• File a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI)

Security and changes

The site uses HTTPS encryption, passwords are hashed and data access is restricted. Any change to this policy will be published on this page with its update date.
