Trophies and Medals for Curling Tournaments in Quebec: A Guide for Organizers

Curling holds a special place in Quebec's sports culture. From community clubs in the Montérégie region to major provincial competitions, tournaments bring together hundreds of passionate players every winter. For organizers, the awards ceremony is a highlight that the right trophies and medals can make truly unforgettable. First, think about the variety of your awards. A well-organized curling tournament typically recognizes the champion team, the finalists, and sometimes winners of special events like the "shot of the tournament." Planning an impressive main trophy for the winning team, medals for all members of the finalist teams, and individual plaques or awards for special prizes allows you to recognize effort at every level of competition. For a curling tournament, trophies shaped like a curling stone or featuring curling-specific graphic elements give the ceremony an authentic character. Laser engraving makes it easy to add the tournament name, year, and team or player names directly onto the trophy or medal. This personalized detail transforms a simple object into a genuine competition keepsake. Medals are especially popular in this context because they are easy to carry and display. Opt for zinc or metal alloy medals finished in gold, silver, or bronze according to ranking, with a ribbon in your club or event colors. Engraving the player's name on the back adds a personal touch that is always appreciated. As for timing, it is advisable to place your order at least two to three weeks before the tournament, especially if you want full personalization. At Mr Trophée, located in Léry in the Montérégie region, we offer laser engraving and color printing on a wide range of trophies and medals, with the best price guaranteed in Canada. You can pick up your order at the workshop or choose delivery anywhere in Quebec. Whether your tournament hosts twenty teams or two hundred participants, investing in quality trophies and medals shows your players that their commitment deserves to be recognized with care.
