Trophies and Medals for Baseball Tournaments in Quebec: A Guide for Organizers

Baseball is deeply rooted in Quebec's sports culture, whether in recreational leagues, school tournaments, or regional championships. When the time comes to reward your players, choosing the right trophies and medals becomes an important decision — one that will be remembered long after the final inning. For a baseball tournament, the range of award categories is often broader than you might expect. Beyond the traditional champion's trophy, consider planning medals for all finalists, engraved plaques for individual categories (best batter, best pitcher, most valuable player), and even special trophies for standout coaches. Rewarding broadly ensures every player leaves with a tangible memory of their effort. In terms of materials, laser engraving on metal or acrylic delivers a clean, professional finish that stands the test of time — ideal for permanent trophies and championship plaques. For medals distributed in large quantities, color printing allows you to incorporate your organization's or tournament's logo for a personalized, eye-catching result, even on a tight budget. At Mr Trophée, we offer both techniques to meet every need and every budget. To estimate your quantities, start by listing the number of participating teams and players per team, then add your individual award categories. Don't forget to plan a few extra pieces for volunteers and officials — they're the ones who keep the event running smoothly. As a rule, it's better to order slightly too many than to run short on award day. Deadlines are often the biggest source of stress for organizers. At Mr Trophée, based in Léry in the Montérégie region, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks before the tournament date. For larger events, four to six weeks of lead time gives you room to fine-tune every engraving detail.
