Question 1

What are the production lead times?

Accepted Answer

Allow a minimum of 5 business days after payment confirmation, depending on quantity and customization. You pick your requested delivery date at checkout and we confirm it by email.

Question 2

Which files do you accept for logos?

Accepted Answer

Ideally vector files (SVG, PDF) for a perfect engraving, but we also accept PNG, JPG and WebP. Our team prepares and validates every file before production — at no extra cost.

Question 3

How do quantity discounts work?

Accepted Answer

Our house tiers apply automatically: −5% from 6 units, −8% from 12 and −10% from 24 (some products carry their own supplier quantity pricing). Large volume? Contact us for custom pricing.

Question 4

Laser engraving or colour printing: which should I choose?

Accepted Answer

Laser engraving etches the material for a permanent, premium metallic look. Colour printing reproduces logos and visuals in full colour. Our workshop validates the rendering before production.

Question 5

Do you ship across Canada?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Based in Montérégie, we ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping costs and tracking are confirmed when your order is processed.

Question 6

How does the best-price guarantee work?

Accepted Answer

If you find an equivalent product cheaper elsewhere in Canada, write to us with proof: we will match the price.

Question 7

Will I see my engraving text before it's done?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we send you a digital proof before any engraving begins. It lets you double-check name spellings, dates and the layout of the text. Production only starts once you've approved the proof.
