Acceptance

By using mrtrophee.ca and placing an order, you accept these terms of service.

Custom products

You are responsible for the accuracy of the texts to engrave or print (spelling, dates, names) and you guarantee that you own the rights to any logo, image or file you upload. Production starts once the order is confirmed and paid.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars, before taxes (GST and QST extra). Quantity discounts and personalization fees are shown before payment. Payment is made securely online.

Production times

Manufacturing takes a minimum of 5 business days. Rush production is available on request. Postal delivery times once a parcel is shipped are not guaranteed by Mr Trophée.

Shipping and pickup

Orders ship by postal or courier service; shipping is free above the threshold shown at checkout. Pickup at the Léry workshop is available by appointment.

Cancellation and returns

An order may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Personalized (engraved or printed) items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part — in which case the item is corrected, replaced or refunded.

Intellectual property of your files

You retain all rights to the files you send us (logos, images, texts); they are used only to produce your order.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
