Trophies and Medals for Tennis Tournaments in Quebec: A Guide for Organizers

Whether it is a club tournament in Léry, a neighbourhood league or a regional championship, awards are part of the memories players take home. Well chosen, they add value to your event and make people want to come back next year. Start by defining your categories: singles, doubles, mixed doubles, age groups, and beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Each category deserves its own prizes for first and second place, and sometimes even for consolation. Do the math before ordering, because the number of pieces directly affects your budget. For finalists, a trophy on a column or base with a tennis player figurine remains a classic that appeals to all ages. For larger tournaments, an engraved or full-colour printed medal is an excellent alternative, light and easy to present on the court. Plaques are ideal for special awards: most improved player, sportsmanship, volunteer of the year or sponsor recognition. Personalization makes all the difference. On each piece, consider including the tournament name, the year, the category and the rank. Our laser engraving delivers crisp, long-lasting text, and colour printing lets you reproduce your club or sponsor logos accurately. Send your files in high resolution and double-check the spelling of names before approving the proof. As for timing, allow at least two to three weeks before your tournament date. This leaves time to validate the text, make corrections if needed and pick up your pieces without stress. If you have a last-minute change, contact us quickly: we will do our best to help. Finally, compare prices. At Mr Trophée, we offer the best price guaranteed in Canada, and you can choose between pickup at our Léry workshop or delivery. Just tell us the number of categories, your budget and the event date, and we will suggest a package suited to your tennis tournament.
