Trophies and Medals for Soccer Tournaments in Quebec: A Guide for Organizers

Soccer is one of the most widely played sports in Quebec, whether in youth leagues, regional associations, or end-of-season adult tournaments. Every edition deserves a trophy and medal presentation that matches the effort put in by players, coaches, and volunteers. Before you even launch registration, think about ordering your awards. Production timelines vary depending on quantity, engraving complexity, and materials. As a general rule, planning three to five weeks before the tournament date gives you a comfortable window for adjustments and delivery. At Mr Trophée, we offer shipping across Canada as well as pickup at our workshop in Léry, Quebec. For a soccer tournament, the categories typically recognized include: the champion team, finalists, most valuable player, best goalkeeper, top scorer, and sometimes fair play. If your tournament welcomes multiple age divisions, multiply these categories accordingly. A good practice is to list all the awards needed before contacting your supplier. In terms of formats, trophies with soccer figurines are popular for first-place finishes, especially in youth categories. Ribbon medals are ideal for recognizing all participants, as they are cost-effective, easy to hand out, and appreciated by children and adults alike. For prestige tournaments or end-of-season galas, an engraved plaque or crystal trophy adds an extra touch of class. Personalization is at the heart of what makes an award memorable. Laser engraving allows you to inscribe the tournament name, year, category, and even the winner's name with flawless precision. Color printing, on the other hand, lets you incorporate your association's logo or sponsor branding directly onto the piece. On the budget side, Mr Trophée guarantees the best price in Canada, allowing you to invest in quality awards without exceeding your envelope. The higher the quantity ordered, the lower the unit cost — a significant advantage for tournaments hosting dozens of teams. Contact us at the start of your planning to get a personalized quote.
