Trophées and Medals for Softball Tournaments in Quebec: The Organizer's Guide

Softball is a sport deeply rooted in Quebec culture. From neighborhood leagues to regional championships, thousands of players gather on the diamond every summer with infectious enthusiasm. If you're organizing a tournament, you know that the awards ceremony is a highlight everyone looks forward to. Choosing the right trophies and medals turns that moment into a lasting memory. Before placing your order, ask yourself a few key questions. How many teams are participating? Do you want to reward only the top finishers, or give participation medals to everyone? In family or recreational tournaments, participation medals are very popular: they acknowledge everyone's effort and create a strong sense of belonging, regardless of the final standings. For first, second, and third place, a classic trophy with a softball figurine never goes out of style. But more and more organizers are choosing laser-engraved acrylic or wood plaques, which are more modern yet equally impressive. These formats are easy to ship, durable, and look great in a home or locker room. Personalization makes all the difference. Adding the tournament name, season, category (mixed, senior, youth) and your league's logo transforms a simple prize into a true keepsake. At Mr Trophée, laser engraving allows all these details to be inscribed with flawless precision, even for small orders. Also think about lead time. During the busy summer season, orders pile up quickly. It's recommended to place your order at least two to three weeks before your event. If you're in the Montreal or South Shore area, picking up at the Léry workshop is a convenient option that saves on shipping costs and ensures you get your items on time. Finally, don't forget your budget. Mr Trophée offers the best price guaranteed in Canada, and options exist for all types of organizations, whether it's a small neighborhood league or a large provincial tournament.
